Ventajas

The honeymoon stage is great they pumpnyou full of great lies and promises but then when you ask them for help they tell you it was all a lie. It was convenient working from home but that's about it.

Desventajas

They tell you in the beginning if you are not doing well in a campaign they will switch you but that's a lie I couldn't do the one they forced me into and started hiring 2 days after I left lying saying there were no other campaign and when I texted and asked why I wasn't put in that training class they refused to answer cause they know they lied and I had been with them for almost 2 years

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
