Ventajas

- love that i can work from home - they are very reasonable and understanding with your schedule and any time you need to take off - love how everyone is so nice and that they encourage their employee's every day

Desventajas

- nothing, i have not had one bad thing happen from working at rdi

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
