Ventajas

Work at home The pay was good

Desventajas

They chanted a moto about being all for their employees but didn't even give me the time to train before letting me go due to my rates not being low. I got 3 days and everyone else got 5 days. Plus the manager was not very professional at all. They dropped the zoom call and proceeded to talk terribly about me. 2 weeks before Christmas.

We understand that people learn in different ways and because of this we have training specific for Kinesthetic, Audio, Visual learners and more! Our trainers take weeks before the classes start to prepare their lesson plans to guarantee the success of every agent. Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
