Thank you for your feedback! RDI strives to provide competitive wages for all of our employees. With this we also include a review after 90 days, weekly/monthly bonuses, incentives on different programs and of course, a yearly review. Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
