Ventajas

I love to help people ...and the customer service I provide makes me happy!!!!! The breaks are good cause sometimes you need them.

Desventajas

The supervisors don't help,because they probably don't know. The yearly raises aren't worth the work I do on a daily basis.The bathroom breaks sometimes take longer than 5 minutes for women and the IEX system does not work!!!! As far as advancement, if you want to grow with a company this isn't the right place for you!!!!

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
