Ventajas

RDI was great, I had absolutely no issues with the company itself. It was the campaign Omni that I had most of my issues with. I would have stayed with RDI if they trained virtually.

Desventajas

Does not train virtually, have to go onsite for minimum of 90 days before you can go remote work.

Ventajas

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Desventajas

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Ventajas

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Desventajas

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
