PTO is quite good, and compensation is somewhat competitive. Good effort to build a "community" out of and between the employees.

Insurance coverage is less than ideal for the cost. Management is not very progressive in their methodologies, and have some practices that don't help the company and employees as much as they may think.

Employees are were nice to each other.

I think the biggest flaw is the CEO/President of the company. He is the one that drags the company down. He is big into micromanagement. Likes to show off his networking skills - LOL.. It is funny and sad at the same time.
