      Ventajas

      Easy during summer months. There's a little room for learning when it comes to databasing along with business management. Friendly staff.

      Desventajas

      There is next to no care about their employees self growth and opportunities. Lack of communication / poor management and decision making. No room for advancement. The pay is below average for the positions available.

      Ventajas

      The company is really great about listening to new ideas. Has a family environment and the CEO and Director are very down-to-earth people. Laid back environment, but people get their work done!

      Desventajas

      Still small. Room to grow, but it is a very small company.

      Pool and spa owners are great people and it's a fun industry, fantastic co-workers

      No communication from the top down, complete lack of respect for employees, incomplete training, unrealistic goals
