I am working in this firm since last 5 year. Here is one thing which i always appreciate that is here freshers never considered as fresher. Means while handing over project company believes only on their ability and i think this thing is definitely help them to build a confidence in themselves.

No. In this 5 year i never seen any wrong thing in this company. All process is well planned and strictly followed by management. So all is going good.

The person who is working in this organization is carrying plus one year of experience actual they have. Because this is one of the company which gives opportunity based on knowledge instead of experience.
