      Nothing, your career will reach a saturation, one cannot learn ahead

      Desventajas

      Unnecessary work given to employees, testers are used for absolutely anything, sales, project co-ordination etc

      We are running this company since last 10 years .number of employees made there careers in BIG MNC by starting career with us .please take a look on our history the people who were worked for us are currently working in abroad. and they are connected with us still.

      Ventajas

      I am working in this firm since last 5 year. Here is one thing which i always appreciate that is here freshers never considered as fresher. Means while handing over project company believes only on their ability and i think this thing is definitely help them to build a confidence in themselves.

      Desventajas

      No. In this 5 year i never seen any wrong thing in this company. All process is well planned and strictly followed by management. So all is going good.

      The person who is working in this organization is carrying plus one year of experience actual they have. Because this is one of the company which gives opportunity based on knowledge instead of experience.

      NO. I did not get any drawback while working with this company.
