So, you may be hired to do graphic design, but know you'll be filling water jugs for runners on freezing cold days, then go back to your hotel and work on a marketing email with no overtime pay. Expect a lot of promises upon being hired (like being able to work remote during bad weather) and then be told by the CEO that they just "can't." In off season, expect a long commute from the city. A really really high turnover rate...10+ people were fired or quit out of 25 employees in 6 months.
