Being such a nascent industry means things can change on a dime leaving employees to adjust very quickly which is not necessarily a con for a certain kind of person.

While the exec team is younger than most, I've found them to be refreshingly growth-minded and thoughtful. They take feedback seriously, and then make changes where necessary. I had the opportunity to work from Radar for a few weeks before ultimately deciding to come here and the fact that I left here happy every day was a huge indicator for me. Their investors are top notch and meaningfully support the company/exec team. It's a pleasure to be able to work with technologists that are building tech at the forefront while working with an exec team that is focused on building an enduring company and culture - not just another flash-in-the-pan startup.

The ratio of junior employees to managers has been lopsided, but the team has acknowledged this and is actively working to change it by leveling-up managers and recruiting more senior folks.
