We're so glad to hear you've had a positive experience working at RAC and that the supportive team environment has made a difference for you. We think it's really important that you have the autonomy to make decisions and manage your own cases and so it's great to hear that's a real pro in your role. We know that the fast-paced nature of RAC is sometimes a bit of a challenge, it definitely keeps us on our toes, but we’re always looking for ways to make things smoother where we can.
