Ventajas

Quite flexible in terms of hours, and earnings are reflected in terms of workload. Colleagues are great and the workplace is relaxed not stressful. Location and facilities available are good and parking which is great.

Desventajas

Sometimes the pressure to hit targets can be immense. Understanding individual's situations can be improved. To be more empathetic towards agents. The environment can be toxic at times but can improve by engaging with colleagues via incentives which can be rewarding and improvement on overtime rates. Being transparent on bonus-related from extracting data perspective.
