Ventajas

reward colleagues and offer incentives regularly. introduce new systems according to staff feedback and needs. large support network for work related and personal concerns. engage colleagues with events/treats/special days and occasions. full support during heavy workloads. staff work together, supporting one and other, great team chats. close knit and friendly people across the board. open and transparent with changes, new introductions, full training. fully established business so procedures are set and well followed. flexible working. great leave allowance and flexibility with shift patterns and shift swaps. opportunities to increase salary and progression / internal secondments etc.

Desventajas

difficult to take a full step up, quickly (management level) but only due to availability and there are plenty insentives at a colleague level. a lot of information when training, but full support is at hand. fast paced environment - only a con really, if you're not this type of person.
