Ventajas

Thorough and comprehensive training provided with an enthusiastic, engaging and approachable trainer. Really good training resources used to support new staff. A supportive and relaxed atmosphere with lots of colleagues on hand to support and offer assistance. I generally feel supported and that I can approach colleagues at all levels for guidance and advice.

Desventajas

Minor issue raised re: incorrect spelling of my profile/email/work ID - not resolved immediately or effectively. Lots of processes and procedures to learn - some not particularly intuitive and seem a little long-winded and unnecessarily "clunky".
