The competitive atmosphere and teamwork make the environment fast paced and exciting. Days, weeks and months fly by because there is always something to do or learn. R2 does a great job of making sure all the tools necessary to get the job done are available at any and all times. The dynamic of having competitive people and a team environment produces leaders that rise above the rest and capitalize on opportunities. Though there are long days and lots to do, it is very rewarding to be a part of something that is bigger than yourself, watching it grow from year to year.
Desventajas
The office environment is positive and exciting, there are some people that are negative and feel they are entitled to everything day one. They are the ones that don't last and don't believe in a team concept. The ones that stay and contribute are amazing, talented people!
