Ventajas
Some of the good things about working at R2 Logistics is that its fast pace and there is always plenty of work to be done so you will never get bored with the same task. There is always room for advancement here at R2 as long as you work hard and show you are eager to do your best. One thing I know is that I have a great bond and communication with my fellow employees even if they are states away. This is definitely a business environment but because the age of most employees is below or around 30 it's a very "hip" and "young" environment. We get to see everyone including the company grow.
Desventajas
We all work in one building close to each other. (Desk to Desk) It is a new way with management where even the bosses or managers sit close and next to their employees. So there are no cubicles or offices so be aware that you will get to know everyone very fast as well as it can sometimes be a loud environment in the operations office.
