Ventajas

They use modern programming languages (PHP, Perl, XQuery), Mark Logic Server, and are always open to exploring new technologies to make their products better. Cutting edge software development for some products. Good management. Small company that's been around forever and that's going to be around for a very long time. Programming peers with a great deal of experience and expertise.

Desventajas

They have a monopoly on ISBNs and therefore they don't need to work as hard at acquiring and retaining customers. This results in services that are not quite up-to-date or current with the times.
