Ventajas

if you can hustle and grind and not care to force products on people, sometimes old, disabled or foreign for a commission based salary of 200 per triple play 130 for double and 70 for just internet. then this is the job for you, the boss Tommy can sell 10/15 per day on a good day.

Desventajas

repetitive and hard work, you need to discipline yourself to keep lapping, grinding the same 50 houses for a week. If you don't make the right numbers or it is just that time of the year where the sales team overtook the line men that install the fiber optic then you go on base pay of 500 dollars a week. If you cannot get your numbers back up you will end up doing more and more neighborhoods that have already been worked a week or two ago. at that point if you can't lie, hustle, swindle then you end up on base pay for weeks till they cut base pay little by little. not a job to take if you have over 1600 in expenses a month.

Ventajas

I’ve really enjoyed working at RD Enterprises. The team in sales and customer service is supportive and friendly, and the work environment is professional without being too stressful. Management is approachable and always willing to help, and there’s good training for new employees. I’ve learned a lot about dealing with customers and improving my sales skills. Overall, it’s a good place to build experience and be part of a team that cares about doing good work.
