Cons: -Very misleading about work hours during recruitment. 14-hour days are not uncommon, where there are only four or five hours of actual work but you're expected to stay on-site. Terrible work flow process. It is imposible to make any plans during the week, as you never know if you're leaving at 6 or 11. No work-life balance. -Annoying security paranoia. Layer after layer of redundant guards, sign-ins, fingerprinting. During one work day I counted 80 fingerprint scans. A quick bathroom trip requires four scans. -Poor training and unclear expectations.
