Ventajas

1. Inflated Salary to make you join! 2. You will learn exactly what bad leadership looks like — useful reference for the rest of your career 3. Job exists (for now)

Desventajas

1. The company has no vision, have seen their company and business strategy, product strategy and pricing strategy getting shifted for umpteen times. This isn't agility — it's proof nobody at the top knows what they're building 2. Culture ? Is to bring people to office weekly twice ! 3. Even discussed on floor about the "Glassdoor Negative reviews" 4. Layoffs are a recurring management tool. "Market correction." "Restructuring." "Role redundancy." The excuse rotates, the outcome doesn't. Entire teams hired and dissolved within months. 5. You have to AI to be AI in AI and AI 6. Senior Management is very far from taking any accountability, so many are not even unqualified - "hierarchy" and "structure" is a joke 7. A very good joining salary - after that India compensation is a joke. No real hikes. No real perks. You are a cost centre, not a human being. 8. HR is pure theatre. Has to be the worst segment - fake culture building ploys.

Ventajas

ICs are mostly great. Decent benefits (pay is not though) There is a small but extremely loyal and wonderful customer base who believe in the product.

Desventajas

Insufferable leadership and middle managers that shouldn’t have a job. No unified direction. Unattainable quotas. PIP culture. High turnover. Have lost so many good people and they don’t seem to care.
