I’ve had the opportunity to be part of this organization through multiple phases of growth, change, and transformation. One of the things I value most is the culture. Employees are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, share different perspectives, and participate in programs such as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that foster connection, belonging, and community. I’ve appreciated the organization’s continued investment in these programs and in creating an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and valued. One of the most rewarding parts of my experience has been watching people grow their careers over time, whether that’s taking on new opportunities, moving into leadership roles, or exploring entirely new paths within the organization. In my experience, those who are willing to learn, have a growth mindset, stay adaptable, and embrace new opportunities can build long and rewarding careers here. After nearly a decade with the organization, I still believe its greatest strength is its people, culture, and commitment to continuous growth and improvement. I remain grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that have made my career journey both rewarding and meaningful.
