Ventajas
I have worked at this company for over 10 years. I started out working here after college. NO company in the DC/Metro area could have provided me with the training and opportunity that Quadrant Inc has. I am not only an employee here but they are my family. I work for a management team that was supportive and loving during illness and loss. I have had continued opportunity to advance myself professionally (as well as my INCOME)!!!! I am handsomely compensated for the work I do. I feel like I am given all the necessary tools to be successful.
Desventajas
Because we work for an agency their are times that we must be available after hours (BUT for the money I make it should be expected and it is not that big of a deal).
