      It is good for freshers and environment is nice . There is no internal politics. Manager has good command on every employee and also they provide Lunch

      Desventajas

      Salary package is less other than this good company.

      I really enjoy the people I work with. There are a ton of opportunities to solve fun issues, and bring value.

      In the current state of my specific department, I don't have a mentor/someone to specifically give feedback to grow in my career.

      Ventajas

      Good pay and company paid benefits but leadership/owners do not know what they are doing with a software company.

      Desventajas

      Software had been stagnant for many years and needs updating. Unexpected layoffs and reorganization. Realized their mistakes in letting go of the employees that kept everything running and tried to get some employees back. Poor decision making.
