      Ventajas

      Excellent work-life balance, no after-hours calls, or do-or-die situations Entire company is 100% remote, has a ton of flexibility with working hours, and the benefits are great (free healthcare)

      Desventajas

      If you're not a self-starter or care if you achieve anything at work, don't apply... you will feel lost and get left behind because there isn't a formal HR to save you and the profit-sharing plan
