Ventajas
Pulse is full of intelligent, creative, fun young people which creates a really great team to be apart of. Overall, the ever-changing processes and dynamic influencer landscape overall creates the opportunity to always keep learning. The fact that it is a small environment also allows for an opportunity to make a difference and impact within the agency - if you see an area for improvement you are able to present it to the CEOs and they may actually listen to you, no matter your title. It's also the type of place where you aren't married to your job description, allowing for quick growth and promotion if you take initiative.
Desventajas
Being a start up comes with its own road blocks and challenges - ie. no access to 401k benefits. Being a global company makes it difficult to streamline processes across the board.
