Sometimes mentally draining. If you are at the beginning of your engineering career just simply stay away and dont let this chaos to shape your engineering judgement style. If you are at the mid of your career, get 2 sips of this chaos and leave. If you are not a very self aware, more exposure shapes your judgement and may be damaging. No structure at all by any means. Might be risky for the ones who like stability and clarity. Resilience is required. People get fired, replaced and/or just leave... That happens at least 5 times every month.
