As someone with over 4 years on their platform, I was disappointed when they required all engineers to retest, despite having passed a similar assessment just 3 months prior. Their two-stage process was excessive: first, a 180-minute Codility React test with 3 questions (which they allow AI assistance for), followed by a second round where they monitor you via webcam and screen sharing, scrutinizing every gesture while prohibiting AI use. This contradiction is frustrating - they promote AI tools for client work but forbid them during interviews. Even though I completed 2 of 3 questions in the second round, they scored me low and removed me from their system. What's more frustrating is that even if you pass their rigorous process, the clients you'd work with often conduct additional tests anyway, making the whole process redundant. Save your time and interview directly with companies instead. This experience proved to be a complete waste of my time and effort.
