      Ventajas

      I haven't experienced such an amazing culture until working for Prosource. They value every employee by offering a generous time off bank, range of benefits, and fulfill the need of work/life balance. There is opportunity for continued training and development. I have recommended many job opportunities to friends and family.

      Desventajas

      There are no downsides to working at Prosource.

      Ventajas

      I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

      I can't think of anything.

      Ventajas

      Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

      Desventajas

      High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
