Ventajas

- Very tight knit team. Some of the best people I've ever worked with. - Good opportunities to make a lot of money - Managers who really seem to care about their employees

Desventajas

- Unrealistic quotas / product knowledge expectations. - Afraid of change. Talked a lot of game while I was there about concerns, but didn't really seem to do anything meaningful to fix them. - Bizarre hours and time-off policies. Forced to be in the office for extra hours beyond 8-5 that amounted to nothing more than busy work. Let the quota speak for itself. Also, no vacation for the entire first year on the job?

Ventajas

I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

Desventajas

I can't think of anything.

Ventajas

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

Desventajas

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
