Pay, remote work, technical staff

Desventajas

NO, and I mean NO training. If you are familiar with the industry, you should be fine. If not, don't do it. Also began selling franchise opportunities, to compete against themselves. Just very confusing from start to finish. Oh and my favorite part, I was let go via text message.

Ventajas

Working here as a Proposal Manager has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Desventajas

As with any proposal environment, the work can be demanding and fast-paced, which might not suit everyone. Staying organized and able to multi-task effectively is a must, and tight deadlines can bring some stress — but that’s part of the industry and comes with the territory.
