Good coworkers cannot return Because of unproved vacation just before lay-off. Increase the target to give “warnings” if you cannot reach so you cannot get the paper. Of course they pick up people to the high target production line. Threatening people by “warnings” to work faster and faster. At that period you can see people anxious, shameful,helpless and crying at work. Shouting and yelling from the management to people. Full of sadness and sorrows.
