Management is completely unreliable, making decisions based purely on their mood swings. If they have issues at home, they take it out on the staff. Employees are constantly blamed for things that aren’t their fault. Even worse, they harass the sales team when they're on leave or even on medical leave (MC), forcing them to come to the office despite being sick. The leave policy is a joke – only 8 days of annual leave (AL), and during Ramadhan, if you leave early, they deduct 2 full days of AL! They are incredibly stingy when it comes to money, bonuses, and incentives. It feels like they go out of their way to be as cheap as possible. There are two bosses, and neither of them can get their instructions straight. One tells you one thing, and the other tells you something completely different, then they blame you for the confusion. They even scold staff in front of everyone, including outsiders who visit the office for meetings. It's humiliating. And if you have kids and need to take leave to care for them, expect to be judged and criticized.
