Ventajas

This job is calling to moms with NICU babies to make sure they have everything they need and the babies are staying healthy. The pace is steady and there is always work to be done. The company is growing quickly and therefore, a lot of positions are opening internally and externally. Employees are getting promoted quickly which is great. Pay is OK. Overall, the employees for the most part are extremely down to earth. Especially upper management. They are all easy to talk to. Work from home options are great for most departments. Start with 18 days PTO after accrued.

Desventajas

- No maternity leave. This is HUGE. Compared to other companies who have it, being 6-20 weeks full pay! Progeny does not have this. Only Short-term disability. This is ironic as we are taking care of moms with babies all day. When having a baby, women need that full pay check, not 60% of it. Huge turn-off, especially when hiring young employees as they are. - Health insurance benefits are good but very expensive compared to other companies I have worked for by over double the amount I used to pay. - Raises are 3% each time and doesn’t depend much on performance at all. - No Christmas bonus

Great culture. People who work here do so because they want to make a difference in Maternal and Infant health. Refreshing to see a common passion across the teams.

Desventajas

Most employees are remote so hard to get together in person.
