Management is constantly looking for a reason to write you up. Also when providing evidence that management is treating employees unfairly, no one seems to care and the higher ups will always back their management. You constanly make your decisions out of fear of punishment instead of being encouraged to do well. It is not worth the damage to your mental health. You are always being talked down to and disrepected.
