Ventajas
This is a place that does not value or trust you as a person. The ownership is a husband and wife combo. The wife should immediately resign from her position and install an actual CEO. This is a person who will berate you on a MINUTE BY MINUTE basis. She will create "policies" to which YOU will be FORCED to follow, then when she forgets her own policies and/or rules, and sees you following them, she will get verbally abusive and downright violent with you. The husband is the true brain behind this operation but is on the same grounds of not trusting their staff. No matter the positive feedback from customers or coworkers, no matter the tenured track record on your resume. YOU ARE NOBODY to these people. The lead tech engineer is a downright SAINT for putting up with these people and is wise beyond his years. They would collapse without him and honestly, he isn't even treated nicely either. All internet is blocked. You are threatened in the event you use a cell phone for ANY purpose. This place does not value your privacy, does not respect you as a person, does not value ANYTHING you bring to the table. It is their way or the highway. There is no work culture. The products are great. HOWEVER, customers will frequently complain about the email marketing spam they are bombarded with, which is created and controlled by the wife, and she will then blame YOU for their complaints. You have ZERO control over this process as its system integrated at a senior level. Customers have been lied to about their purchase, the false advertising of products they purchase, and the ZERO return policy they provide. I have witnessed people being yelled at to a degree where they storm out in tears, made to sign affidavits in regards to disciplinary action they didn't deserve for things they didn't do caused by the ineptitude and web of mundane offensive policy enacted at a senior level. There is NO HR. You are made to work stressed out. You are told to never talk to the ownership/senior management. Never in my life have I witnessed so many good people be disrepected at a level that they just get up and walk out. I watched 5 employees quit in less than 4 months. Nobody that is there today was there in April aside from the 3 senior management. This is the absolute worst place to work. They will smile at you. They will make you think you are valued. They will try and make you think they are on your side. Once the honeymoon phase is over, which lasts about 8 days... an absolute nightmare. Stay away.

It is a husband and wife combo. The wife is the absolute crux of this organization and every single problem she/the company has is self-inflicted.
