Workers are constantly told to work faster, then berated for making mistakes when they’re having to rush. Their monitoring system counts binning your pipette as “down time” for christs sake! The place is run more like a packaging warehouse than a medical diagnostic facility. The shift patterns were awful due to bubbling. You had the choice of something like 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm and they don’t care at all about the effect of this on mental health. They’re also known to rob you blind in your final paycheck with unwarranted deductions
