Ventajas

I joined predictspring 2 years back. Left my comfortable job at a Multinational Software giant, a big team reporting to me and a strong career path. 2 years in my job at PredictSpring, I feel proud and happy of what I have achieved and how I have grown in my career and as an individual. Hands down the best decision I ever made on a professional front. Pros - Strong Engineering culture. Its all about innovation and building a better future - All decisions are data driven and not based on designation or position - Absolutely zero gossip, zero office politics. Everything is in the open and transparent. - Work hard , Play hard is the mantra. CEO Nitin, is an absolute gem. Takes care of employees as family. - Hard work does not get unnoticed. No need to cajole or market yourself. Its all about your work and results. - Engineering, Sales, Marketing and all teams work with each other collaboratively.

Desventajas

None. Its a company for individuals who believe in the greater good and are willing to put the company above self. Cant find any fault with such a company.

Ventajas

A leadership team unlike I've ever experienced in over a decade in professional services / consulting. Everyone is held to this same excellent standard but its done with a level of transparency and candor that is refreshingly motivating.

Desventajas

Growing pains but that's par for the course.

A lot of the individuals are great.

Desventajas

After I interviewed, I Googled PredictSpring and found a single review: "Worst people ever." That sort of concerned me, but I suspected it was mistaken--the interviewers seemed really friendly and they raved about how great the product was. The fact of the matter is that the organization was a train-wreck. The product quality was horrible and outages were constant. They basically only wanted to hire contingent (generally H1-B) candidates so that they could force them to work constantly. They would promise 99.99% uptime and even though the real uptime was a small fraction of that they would constantly lie about it. I'd worked in dysfunctional organizations before, and I never attributed to malice what I could contribute to incompetence, but at PredictSpring it didn't matter! The character of the organization was "malicious incompetence."
