      Desventajas

      1. The work is remote, but you are required to be on a continuous 8-hour call with screen sharing, from 3 PM to 12 AM PST. 2. If you're a fresher looking for a job, they will conduct a formal interview but offer you an unpaid internship (as the owner is Canadian and hires employees from other countries to cut costs). 3. The people working there are not professional, and the management, especially the HR department, struggles with operations. 4. It's not a good place to start your career. As a fresh graduate, it’s better to seek real office experience and choose hard work over easy options to grow.

      Ventajas

      User-friendly interface that’s easy to navigate. Customer support team is friendly and responsive. Fast shipping and delivery process. A decent variety of products to choose from. Affordable pricing, especially for basic needs.

      Desventajas

      Product quality was disappointing, not as expected. Packaging was damaged upon arrival. Support response times were slower than anticipated. The product didn't match the advertised description. Delivery was delayed multiple times, causing inconvenience.

      Excellent company with a strong reputation and superior products. I learned a lot and had the opportunity to grow professionally. The owner is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the business. The workplace is dynamic, and employees are encouraged to contribute and develop their skills.

      Desventajas

      The fast-paced nature of the business can sometimes require employees to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
