Ventajas

Teaches you how to be a shark and will tell you whether or not you will make it in a sales environment. Leadership is always available to answer questions and encourages you to ask them. Everyone is coachable and works together.

Desventajas

Product is overpriced, Management and leadership stresses realistic expectations while simultaneously admitting we aren't much better than our competitors. Pay structure makes it difficult to make over $1200-$1500 a paycheck

Thanks for your review! Because of feedback like this, we have recently changed the compensation plan for our sales teams, adding higher hourly base pay and revenue participation. We think that this new comp plan is much better for both our customers and our sales reps: It should allow for talented salespeople to bring in higher paychecks than the previous plan, and reward positive customer interactions instead of high-pressure "hard sales" tactics.
