Ventajas
Generally speaking, the work with PreScouter is interesting, pays decently well, and provides good client-facing/consulting experience. Work is entirely remote on the Service Delivery side- which means it is flexible but also can be at unpredictable times. You can essentially get out what you put in- if you want to push creativity, process improvement, etc, you'll get out a lot of benefits. On the flip side, if you don't put in enthusiasm and hard work, the experience will be less beneficial. Very horizontal organization- there isn't a ton of hierarchy to deal with.
Desventajas
Overall, it seems that there are a lot of directions PreScouter tries to go in, and as a result, the company struggles to find and maintain a good identity/niche. Smaller companies like PS can be a challenge without full support staffs in areas like HR, tech/IT, formatting, etc. It adds a layer of difficulty to have to farm out work or feel like you're not getting the benefit of a full department's support. Though some decisions are made with input from relevant groups, the management team tends to take an idea and run with it without really obtaining buy-in from those that are affected or seeking advice for successful implementation from the same.
