      Ventajas

      A company full of people who truly believe in the work they do, and one that is firmly guided by their mission.

      Desventajas

      The owner is in over his head. He knows native plants and native plant communities very well, but he does not know how to run a business this size. Instead of finding people who can, he's fired nearly everyone and is leading the company down a grim path.

      Ventajas

      Ability to make a difference in increasing genetic diversity and expanding native habitat. Great co-workers. Every day is different.

      Desventajas

      Pay could be better for the amount of hats you have to wear on a day to day basis. Not enough time in the day to get everything I want/need to get done.
