Took in people as entry level. Learned a lot for network troubleshooting and software support

Desventajas

Had structural/management chaos at the time. Also had the "the work environment is stressful, but here's a pizza" mentality (family owned: work hard/play hard motif.

Ventajas

Fast paced environment with many exciting projects to work on even as a junior dev. The other guys on staff are more than willing to teach you.

Desventajas

Always lots of projects going on, so if you don't like being busy it may not be what you want.
