Ventajas

You can be completely focused on mscrm at boutique firm

Desventajas

CRM sweatshop, unattractive compensation structure, leadership shows little compassion and is most interested in the bottom line, good luck getting your expenses approved and don't even think about putting alcohol on there. This is not the place for a long term career as there is little room to advance.

Desventajas

PowerObjects seems to be a very confused company that has experienced growth and lost sight of their own core values. The company is a lot of hype and no follow through. They hook inexperienced prospective employees with false promises. They prefer to hire employees with less qualifications than the industry standard and pay much less than industry standard. They do not do regular employee reviews and will play favorites when it comes to promotions and raises. They continue to hire new consultants even when current employees are struggling to get billable hours and create a kill or be killed environment. All the awards, free lunches and benefits all look great on the outside but the company will manipulate you into thinking you are getting a great opportunity. Once you dig deeper and realize the facade you will be hoping for an easy way out. You will be at the mercy of their leadership team who will promote their friends and cut everyone else short. They use the term "lateral move" to manipulate employees to take a promotion without a pay increase. I would highly recommend thinking twice if you are interested in PowerObjects everything you see on the outside is not what it seems.
