Was a good group of support staff, some great service users, a great place to work up to 2023.
Desventajas
Poorly ran from Stokesley management liars and deceitful, insufficient and withheld important information re -service users, placements made for financial gain, staff health and safety completely ignored, injuries, sickness, very high staff turnover, untrained agency workers brought in just increased the workload, was a paper fix not practical..21 person grievance ignored for months, lead to serious attacks on staff, management refused any restraint by staff to avoid injury for a known(withheld vital info of the need of full restraint. Used prior and resumed after.) 5 managers at Stokesley are not fit for purpose and are a danger to support workers as they are incompetent .names supplied on request.
