- Definitely takes a while to adjust to the flow of things, especially writing the post-session notes. It, of course, gets easier, but it does take a lot of time and patience. - Finding clients, at least in my area, has been tricky, so finding a new client or multiple clients within a nearby range is not always possible. - Coming from someone who is also a full-time student, it can be easy to lose track of the duties outside of sessions (meetings, phone calls, etc.). I tend to have to set multiple reminders for those sorts of things.

They also offer a 401K for part time workers. The work we do is changing the lives of children and families with autism. I continue to be impressed and relieved by how genuine, transparent, and supportive this company is across the board.

I honestly cannot think of any cons. (I do wish there were more opportunities for PT worker advancement into FT staff with higher pay and medical benefits, but I think the company is working on this)
