PTO , work from home. Amazing coworkers and middle management

Not enough leads. Constant procedural and schedule changes forced on sales staff suddenly without any logical explanation. Executives out of touch with the day to day of the sales center employees. Frequent layoffs.

Good people at all levels trying to make it work. Culture and leadership are idea-embracing.

Desventajas

Paying the price for growing too aggressively early on. As top level leadership pushes for improvements in some areas, some pragmatism being lost in favor of pleasing bosses.
