Hello,
thanks for sharing your thoughts. We truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of our team, and we’re sorry to hear that you feel let down by your experience. We never want anyone at Pod Point to feel unsupported, so we’d like to offer some perspective on a few of the points you’ve raised.
First and foremost, our mission is at the heart of everything we do. It’s what drives our decisions, our innovation, and our day-to-day work. We know that our success as a business depends on the incredible people behind it, and we take employee wellbeing seriously.
Burnout is something we actively want to prevent, and we’re working hard to refine our ways of working so that teams feel supported, not overstretched. We also recognise that career progression matters. While we might not have traditional corporate career ladders, we do believe in growing and developing talent internally, and we’re always looking at ways to improve on that front.
Pay is an ongoing discussion in every company, and while we benchmark our salaries to stay competitive, we understand that expectations vary. It’s something we continue to review as we grow.
Change always brings challenges, but our leadership team is committed to working closely with employees to strengthen communication, provide clarity, and create a workplace where everyone feels valued. We may not always get everything right, but we are listening, learning, and improving—because we care about our people and the future of Pod Point.
If you have further feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear them.
Best,
Pod Point
