Ventajas
The job is fast paced and the salary is good, peers are nice.
Desventajas
The company have made hundreds of layoffs since covid then new recruits then more lay offs. Legacy staff made redundant without any notice or indication then remaining staff were ‘reassured’ there will be no more lay offs. Lo and behold, another 2 rounds of redundancies and cuts. Not worth joining as there is no job security regardless of how good you are. There is far too much pressure on counsellors to go above and beyond when there is no scope to do so. Management are fake and pretend to care about your well-being then pile on work. There are favourites within senior management which is your only security and even then it’s not guaranteed. They lost their biggest client and it’s all downhill from there. The pride and bravado doesn’t hide that they will continue to struggle financially.
